wonder woman

Happy early birthday mom!
Tomorrow, March 25, is my wonderful mothers' birthday. I won't tell you her age but she still looks young enough to be my sister.
I am so grateful for my mom, she has always been my support and it's been amazing to look back and see how our relationship has developed. I always felt like I could go to my mom when I had problems. I didn't always tell her what was going on because I have a hard time talking about my problems and feelings with people, but she would always comfort me. She never pried, she was just there for me.
Now that I am a little more mature and married, my mom has become one of my best friends. I love talking to her, she always makes me laugh and gives good advice.
My mom is one of the most talented people I know. She can do anything! She's like mighty mouse. While growing up, I would often come home from school and walk into our house to see all the furniture moved around. My dad and I were always amazed that she could move such heavy furniture like the couches and piano by herself. She has the most beautiful voice I think I have ever heard, whenever a Carrie Underwood or Martina McBride song comes on the radio, I always do a double take because I think it is my mom! My mom has mastered the skill of online bargain shopping. I don't know how she does it but she can find anything online for the best price.
One of the biggest gifts my mom has ever given me was this past August. She planned my entire wedding while I was at school. She thought of everything, down to each little detail, exactly how I wanted it. I cannot thank my mom enough for the hours upon hours of work she spent for my wedding, she even got shingles because she was working so hard!
I love my mom and am so grateful for everything she has done for me and continues to do for me each day. She raised me and my sisters so well.
She is my strength.
When I grow up, I want to be just like Heidi Barker :)
